ABOUT
Mandy B. Anderson is a Certified L.E.A.N. Coach and author of the book “In Sickness and In Health: Lessons Learned on the Journey from Cystic Fibrosis to Total Health.” She is the owner and CEO of True Wholeness Coaching where she passionately shares health and faith building tips to thousands of people through weekly newsletters, podcasts, a local radio show, coaching and health classes. Her passion for helping others live beyond their circumstances has made her a sought after inspirational speaker and health coach. Mandy lives in North Dakota with her husband, Nate and their dog, Ajah.
Mandy is an overcomer and a woman of bondage breaking faith. The only child to her parents, she was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at the age of six months. Growing up with a life threatening disease shaped her with tenacity and a never-give-up attitude.
Her lifelong goal as a child was to become a professional singer, despite having a disease that should have severely limited the very breath she needed to sing. At the age of 19, Mandy recorded her first CD titled “This Journey,” where she wrote 8 of the 9 songs. Six months later Mandy got married and she began to believe in a self-told lie that she needed “a real job” to succeed in life. Over the next six years, Mandy settled for jobs that challenged her for a year or two but never really made her feel alive. This emptiness and feeling of being stuck in life led her to the home based business industry where she and her husband, Nate, began mentoring with many industry professionals. Through this mentoring, Mandy traveled a road of reprogramming her mind and body for success, and she found a renewed vision for the dreams she had buried and denied herself for so many years.
Mandy’s life has been a roller coaster ride of walking by faith and overcoming pain. In October 2010, Mandy and Nate lost everything they owned in an apartment fire. Through the 47 days that followed, Mandy saw God provide for her and her husband in ways she never could have fathomed. Two years later, in May 2012, Mandy found herself in a battle for her life. After struggling with PTSD (a result of the fire), a devastating and unexpected miscarriage, and a bacterial infection in her lungs Mandy found herself in the hospital weighing 92 pounds with 22% lung function. During the 22 days that she was in the hospital she wondered whether God was really there for her. At the end of her stay, she discovered that yes, God indeed was there every step of the way. She has since regained her lung functions to 70% and is at a stable weight again. She’s able to run again and is scheduled to record more songs in 2013. All glory goes to God Almighty!
Mandy’s life has shaped her in such a way that she not only understands the fears and worries of those who battle with disease, but she knows firsthand the heartache and hopelessness of having absolutely nothing but the clothes on your back. She has come to understand the value of marrying “Pills with Skills” (traditional medicine with the skills of natural methods). She is a woman who has hit rock bottom and come out on the other side stronger. She’s passionate about inspiring people to live healthy and overcome their obstacles so they can live their lives by design! Mandy’s story is an incredible testimony of sickness, loss, and bondage turned into healing, freedom, and restoration.

Mandy,
Love your website; you are a inspiration to all that know you. Great guide to all parents of CF kids out there. I have shared your link on FB as there is a newly diagnosed family of CF that I am sure would love to hear your journey. Meeting lots of new people by hosting a Zumbathon for Cystic Fibrosis. Hope to see you soon:).
Yours in health,

Mandy,
I was there at the Juice Plus service you had up in Brainard. Mandy, you truly were an inspiration to me and I listen to your CD every day on my way to work. A message that you said about being supportive and not telling them how or what to do. Buy them a cup of coffee. Mandy we have had years of isues as our daughter suffers from depression. You said in your service that you didn't know why you said that because that was not something you planned. I felt that message was for me. I truly admire you. Thank-you for your inspiration Mandy. Hope to see you at our next Juice Plus event in Brainard or wherever it is.
Mandy, so happy for you! Also happy to be in touch with you again. Lost you for a while after you got married. Dave & I are well and living back on the home place where we started 35 years ago. Dreams are good to have! I think of you often. Haven't listened to you CD for awhile, might have to dig that out and get it on my iPod. :-)
Love & Prayers,
Kathy
