Your Opinion Matters!
What Are Your Total Health, True Wholeness, and Spiritual Needs So You Can Live Beyond Your Circumstances In 2012?
By: Mandy B. Anderson

Today’s newsletter is very different. In fact, since this website was started in February 2011 there has never been an article of this sort. I’m not here to inspire you today…I’m here to listen to YOU!

Long before this website was a reality, there was a burning passion inside of me to inspire others to live beyond their circumstances and walk confidently in a life of total health and true wholeness. In my best selling book “In Sickness And In Health: Lessons Learned On The Journey From Cystic Fibrosis To Total Health” I share strategies on how to overcome fear, speak words of life, make healthy choices with better nutrition, how to walk by faith and practice forgiveness, as well as other important skills that are imperative for a life of true wholeness and total health. The feedback that has been coming in from readers has both overwhelmed and blessed me. Mark my words – all glory for that project goes to my God Almighty because it was his healing power that brought me to the point of being able to share this story that he has been writing since the beginning of all time!

But here’s the thing – this website is for you. It’s not about me – it’s about YOU!

So today I ask that you give me your honest feedback on what you would like to see from me in 2012. We have lots of ideas brewing but ultimately your opinion and your needs are what direct the outcome. Take a few moments and share your opinion in the comments below about the following ideas:

#1 – A Spiritual Cup of Coffee Video Series. Do you enjoy the weekly video’s from A Spiritual Cup of Coffee? If so, what type of topics do you want to learn more about? (What are your spiritual struggles right now?)

#2 – A Spiritual Cup of Coffee 30 Day Ebook Devotional. Something that we planned on doing was to take the videos and turn them into a 30 day ebook devotional. Is this something that would help you in your spiritual walk? (You’d be able to read it via kindle, etc. or print it out as a PDF version.)

#3 – A Total Health Recipe Section. Do you find it difficult to eat healthy and would a bi-monthly recipe article be of interest to you?

#4 – Updates on whole food nutrition research and how it applies to your life. As a Juice Plus+ wellness coordinator there is a wealth of information at my finger tips to share with you. Are you looking for top notch information on what doctors and health professionals say about nutrition for you and your family?

#5 – Tuesday Night Calls. In February we would like to start a 10 week Tuesday Night Call series that would be free, and the recordings would be found on our website. Topics would include:

  • 3 Keys To Living Beyond Your Circumstances
  • The Choice To Be Healthy
  • Alternative Strategies for Total Health
  • 10 Tips for Parents of Special Needs Children
  • Walking By Faith
  • Overcoming Fear
  • True Wholeness: What It Means and How To Get It
  • Friendship And Disease
  • The Words We Speak
  • Constant Faith: How To Help Your Spouse Overcome Sickness

Is this something you would dial in to listen to? If so, is there something else that you would like to hear?

#6 – Any questions or suggestions that you have!

I will be checking the comments throughout the next few days and will answer any questions that you have. I’m so blessed to know you and to be a part of your life. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me!

Have a fabulous day and until next time…be blessed, be healthy, and be inspired!

#'s 3 and 5 would interest me.
I am working very hard on the healthy eating front and it's especially hard because I can't seem to stay away from the sugar.

You have a lot of offer.  Definitely my area of struggle is to find different healthy recipes that catch my interest enough to try them and they would be liked by the men in the family that are not so committed to healthy eating changes.  That would be a great help indeed.

Thanks for sharing Pat – I test everything I eat on my husband too so be on the lookout for future recipes!

Great idea and thanks for taking the bold step of sharing Mandy. I like the idea of a short video series that has tasks to do and runs for a fixed number of days. Also, the phone calls ring a bell for me. Just being a bit selfish, as I'm over in London, UK it would be ideal if the calls could be available on MP3 even for a short period for people who can't make the live calls. Thanks for the inspiration Mandy!!

Donovan – I love your idea about MP3′s and that is actually the plan. Also, can you be a little more detailed about the videos with action items? Is that for a devotional or for something else that you would like to see?

Mandy, I'm having a hard time choosing between the topics you mentioned — they all interest me! I love your Spiritual Cup of Coffee videos and I know I would enjoy (& can use) some healthy recipes. The calls sound very interesting too! Thank you for thinking of us!

WOW Mandy, you continue to grow and lead. The recipes are the thing that catches my eyes, but I am only one of many. No doubt there will be takers from all of the topics you have mentioned! Congratulations….you are totally rocking it!

The thing that I would really like to learn is how to put space between my mouth which opens and gives a negative spin to the words I say, and my mind which races so fast that I don't let thoughts gel, and I don't calm myself before speaking. I guess this is innate, but what can I do to re-program a bad habit, when I am talking with someone who I have a sticky relationship with?
