In May 2012, I was hanging on by a thread. My lung functions dropped to 22% and my weight was at 92 pounds the day I was put in the hospital…a visit that lasted twenty two days by the time it was done. During that time my medical team marveled at how quickly I bounced back and how well my body was handling the medication. Since that time, I’ve researched exactly why I was able to bounce back, and after speaking with countless doctors and wellness professionals, the conclusion is this: the tools I had been implementing prior to getting sick, while being sick, and after I was so sick are directly responsible for the remarkable recovery I have today.
